Shruthi combines her knowledge of FDA Advisory Committee meetings with first-rate research skills to provide sponsors with the most relevant information for their regulatory meeting preparation.
Shruthi approaches her work with an understanding that giving clients the right information at the right time maximizes success and minimizes the tensions that lead up to FDA Advisory Committee meetings. As a result, she focuses on quickly and efficiently preparing detailed reports to meet challenging deadlines.
Before coming to 3D, Shruthi worked as a medical office coordinator in a pediatrics office where she found her passion for the organizational aspects of healthcare. Shruthi earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) majoring in health systems management and communications, with a focus on public relations. While at UNCC, she competed on the Forensics team, held a position in the English Language Training Institute where she assisted international students with English listening and speaking skills and was a Teacher’s Assistant in Sociology.
Shruthi is the owner of Shruthi’s Specialty Cakes, a start-up that offers custom desserts and delicacies to clients in the Research Triangle Park (RTP) in North Carolina. Her business enables her to support a non-profit organization, the W.I.N. foundation which provides for women and their children in need. She also supports a special needs school, Andhra Mahila Sabha, in Chennai, India. When she is not working on projects or managing bake sales, Shruthi can be found boxing, reading, or watching horror stories.
