Amy approaches her work with the end game in mind, understanding that client success hinges on presenting science in a clear and credible way. She works closely with key opinion leaders to understand their perspectives and help clients simplify complex information. As a practicing physician, Amy analyzes data perceptively and works closely with clients in preparing for FDA Advisory Committee meetings to develop a persuasive story through the science – always keeping the patient in mind.

Background

A practicing physician for more than 20 years, Amy is owner of a medical clinic in Minneapolis that provides full-spectrum care. She holds a BS and an MD from the University of North Dakota, and received board certification in family medicine from the University of Minnesota.

Special Interests 

Amy is a foundation board member for Dakota County Technical College, actively supports Toys for Tots and hosts a community donation site for the program, and participates in a local high school mentorship program and college clerkship program for students interested in medicine. She also served on the Lakeville School District Curriculum Committee. In her free time, she enjoys running, biking, fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, and spending time and traveling with her husband and two daughters.
