Approach

Heidi utilizes her deep understanding of 3D’s mission and processes in her work to develop a supportive, collaborative, and learning environment for 3D research team members. She leads 3D’s research team, Salesforce CRM development team, and data privacy team.

Background

Heidi started her career at 3D leading the research team, developing new processes, and training materials, and supporting client teams across all projects. She has recently led 3D’s Human Resources, Training, and Operations, supporting the success of all members of the 3D team. Before joining 3D, she worked as an emergency dispatcher of public safety for hospitals. She holds a master’s degree in administration of justice and security and a bachelor’s in criminal justice, both from the University of Phoenix.

Special Interests

Heidi is a member of the Worldwide Women’s Association and an avid supporter of World Vision, Compassion International, and ChildFund International through sponsorship of children and families in extreme poverty around the globe. She serves on CoE22 Care Ministry Team, and actively supports Our Rescue, the Tim Tebow Foundation, Hope for Heroes Foundation, Project Savior, and Franklin County Veterans Services. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and cats, taking care of the community feral cat colony.
