Jasmine is a seasoned drug developer with two decades of experience across biotech, large pharma, and global health. She has held research and leadership positions at Lilly, Amgen, Pfizer, and GSK, specializing in translational PK/PD and clinical pharmacology, with deep expertise in biologics and clinical trial design.

Approach

Jasmine has been on the sponsor side of high-stakes regulatory discussions, and leverages that experience to help clients anticipate questions, pressure-test their data, and turn complex pharmacology into clear, credible messages. She quickly builds trust and credibility by fully integrating into client teams, establishing strong relationships from the outset.

Background

Jasmine has led clinical development work across oncology, immunology, inflammation, metabolic disorders, and infectious diseases. She has worked as a Global Health Fellow in Kenya and as an external subject matter expert in clinical trial design for the Gates Foundation.

Jasmine earned her MS and PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she also serves as adjunct faculty. She has authored more than 30 peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, posters, and presentations,  including work on PK/PD and PBPK modeling of monoclonal antibodies, immunogenicity of antibody-based therapeutics, and the importance of collecting race and ethnicity data in clinical trials for biologics.

Special Interests

Jasmine cares deeply about empowering women, educating children, and ending hunger, and actively pursues opportunities to make a meaningful impact. She has served on the Board of Directors for HandsOn San Diego, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening communities through volunteer action. In her personal time, Jasmine enjoys traveling the world and making wine.
