Jodi brings more than a decade of meeting planning and conference experience to 3D Communications’ clients – having planned investigator meetings and scientific conferences around the world for thousands of doctors and scientists. For 3D, she uses that expertise to orchestrate all aspects of client mock and Advisory Committee meetings.

Approach

Jodi’s approach to meeting planning is to execute every little detail so that the importance of the meeting is the data, slides, and deliverables – not logistics. No two client meetings are the same and she has the expertise to tailor her approach to everything from sourcing a venue to managing on-site vendors. She knows exactly what needs to be done for clients to keep them focused when preparing for important regulatory meetings and interactions.

Background

Before coming to 3D, Jodi planned investigator meetings for numerous pharmaceutical companies and ran scientific conferences for medical associations.

Jodi is a supporter of BackPack Buddies. She is also a member of Meeting Professionals International. In her spare time, she enjoys family time, remodeling, decorating, and playing and watching sports.
