As 3D’s Contracting and Meeting Planning Lead Jodi leverages brings 20 years of experience in contract management, business negotiations, and meeting planning to manage all aspects of client contracting and to orchestrate mock and FDA Advisory Committee meetings that run seamlessly.

Jodi appreciates that no two clients—or meetings—are alike. She takes an intentional, personalized approach that accounts for each company’s processes, challenges, and goals. Whether she is negotiating complex agreements, reviewing contract terms, or overseeing venue logistics, she is detail-oriented and highly professional. Her dual expertise allows her to navigate both the legal and operational sides of client engagements, ensuring successful program execution from start to finish.

Background

Jodi’s career began in meeting planning and scientific conferences. She led global investigator meetings for pharmaceutical companies and managed large-scale medical conferences for national associations, including the American Society of Echocardiography. At 3D, she spent more than a decade building and leading the meeting planning department before transitioning to her current leadership role in contracting and operations. This experience gives her a unique advantage in understanding and delivering on both strategic and logistical client needs.

Special Interests

Jodi is an active supporter of BackPack Buddies and a member of Meeting Professionals International. She also enjoys being involved in her children’s schools. In her free time, Jodi loves spending time with family, interior design, traveling, and playing and watching sports.
