Jodi brings 20 years of experience in contract management, business negotiations, and meeting planning to her work as 3D’s Contracting and Operations Lead. She is known for staying calm under pressure, communicating effectively in challenging situations, and ensuring deliverables are provided in a timely fashion.

Approach

Jodi appreciates that no two clients – or contracts – are the same, so she is intentional in taking each company’s processes and unique challenges into account, ensuring she can deliver successful programs for 3D’s clients. Jodi is skillful in her negotiations, detailed-oriented when drafting and reviewing complex agreements, and a consummate professional when engaging with clients and partners throughout the contracting process.

Background

Prior to leading Contracting and Operations, Jodi’s career focused on meeting planning and scientific conferences. She built and led 3D’s meeting planning department for more than a decade. In that role she worked with clients to strategize and execute on all meetings related to FDA advisory committee preparation. Before coming to 3D, Jodi planned global investigator meetings for numerous pharmaceutical companies. Jodi also ran large scientific conferences for the American Society of Echocardiography and other national medical associations.

Special interests

Jodi is a supporter of BackPack Buddies and an avid participant in her children’s schools. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, interior design, traveling, and playing and watching sports.
