Contact LaraLara applies her academic research background, broad regulatory experience, and strong science and communication skills to help clients distill and articulate complex scientific concepts with precision and clarity. She has contributed to the preparation of more than 50 FDA Advisory Committee and CHMP OE/SAG meeting preparations for medical devices, drugs, and biologics.

Lara takes a hands-on, collaborative approach to every project, leveraging her ability to understand complex data, navigate regulatory realities, and thoughtfully consider and integrate expert feedback.
Background
Lara has authored numerous publications in neuropharmacology and honed her skills in scientific writing through grant proposals, research protocols, and conference abstracts and presentations. Before coming to 3D, she worked as a technical writer at SAS and as an editor at the American Journal Experts. Lara holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and a PhD in behavioral neuroscience from Arizona State University. She also earned the Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) with the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society in 2015.
Special Interests
Lara is passionate about supporting her community, serving on the board of her children’s school foundation, and volunteering with organizations like American Women in Science. In her free time, she is an avid distance runner, enjoys practicing yoga, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
