Martin Leon, MD is the Director of the Center for Intervention Vascular Therapy at Columbia University Medical Center/New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Additionally, he is a professor of medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York. He is a specialist in interventional cardiology and structural and valvular medicine. Prior to positions at Yale and Columbia, Dr. Leon was a clinical associate and senior investigator at the NIH. He has been a principal investigator in clinical trials and has presented at FDA Advisory Committee meetings.
