Background
Prior to joining 3D Communications, Cara held high-profile positions in external affairs and communications, academic and medical affairs, policy and government affairs, and regulatory affairs at ViiV Healthcare, GSK, and Merck. She was also the public affairs director at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Cara received a bachelor’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Public Health degree from The George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health. She is a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society.
Special Interests
Cara’s passion for helping people goes beyond communications. She is an active volunteer for local charities, including Family Promise of Wake County and Ronald McDonald House of Wake and Durham. She is a sports enthusiast who also enjoys cooking, traveling the world, and spending time with her family.
