Donna has more than 25 years of experience leading communications teams and developing programs that instill trust, strengthen brands, and position executives as leaders within highly regulated industries. Her experience includes product launches, mergers and acquisitions, product recalls, and significant organizational changes.
A versatile, outcomes-focused communicator, Donna is skilled at working across boundaries, solving complex problems, and managing high-stakes initiatives. She is known for approaching projects collaboratively – asking good questions, listening with intention, and analyzing data with the goal of delivering meaningful business goals.
Donna held executive-level jobs at Medtronic and Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a Johnson & Johnson company before joining 3D. At Medtronic she built and led communications functions for several business units, including Cranial & Spinal Technologies, the Restorative Therapies Group, and Neuromodulation.
She counseled top executives and effectively managed international issues and crises, including an FDA consent decree, warning letters, product recalls, organizational changes, and strategic shifts. Donna also collaborated across functions to leverage company milestones, emerging trends, and other opportunities to increase awareness of the company’s innovations and leadership among employees, customers, media, and industry analysts. At Ethicon Endo-Surgery, she was director of worldwide franchise communications where she developed and delivered the internal and executive communications strategy. Donna earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Cleveland State University and a master's degree in communications management from Syracuse University.
