Fran brings 20 years of experience in Pharma Market Access to 3D clients.  She has a deep understanding of pricing, rebates, and the rationale that goes into developing payer value strategies, across a broad range of therapeutic areas.

Approach

Fran takes a big picture approach to her work in market access.  She understands that the intricacies of pricing need to be explained and understood in the context of a larger–and often challenging–external environment.

Background

Before consulting in market access, Fran spent nine years as Vice President of Market Access at ViiV Healthcare where she built a team of 50 people. There, she championed a cross-functional approach to market access that included the C-Suite, commercial, medical affairs, HEOR, Government Relations, Legal and Finance. Prior to that Fran held manager-to-director positions at GSK in Market Access and Marketing. Before working in pharma, Fran worked at Deloitte as an auditor. She earned a BS degree from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington and is licensed in North Carolina as a Certified Public Accountant.

Special Interests

In her spare time, Fran loves photography, travels internationally and enjoys time with her husband and new Shih Tzu puppy, Winston, known by many as the Tasmanian Devil.
