Mark brings nearly two decades of healthcare IT, management, and logistics experience to 3D Communications’ team and clients. He has shaped processes and protocols to help 3D’s employees and clients work confidently and efficiently toward their shared destination.

Approach

Mark handles most technical aspects of 3D, ranging from multisystem administration, proprietary software testing, and archiving to tier-one technical support for the entire company and full lifecycle hardware management. He assists the productions team with hardware and software needs while administering 3D’s proprietary solutions to all 3D employees and clients. Punctual responses and accurate actions are his key motivations to keep 3D and its clients moving toward their defined goals.

Background

Before coming to 3D, Mark worked in implementation, training, and management at Allscripts, an industry leader in practice management and electronic health record technology. He was also a supply chain scheduler and business partner liaison at IBM, where he handled logistics and customer service.

Special Interests

Mark is an avid supporter of 3D’s nonprofit, Get Stuff Done 4 Kids. In his spare time, he enjoys activities with his wife and two very energetic children, movies, exercising, reading, and following his beloved West Virginia University sports teams.
