Helen has more than 20 years of experience in the customer service field, supporting 3D’s accounting team. She is known for her effective, organized, and friendly way of doing business.

Helen brings a penchant for detail and a team-player mentality to her work as an accounting assistant for 3D. 

Background

Before joining 3D, Helen had a 20-year career at Lufthansa Airlines.  She was a flight attendant and a team assistant, where she worked in the Customer Resource Management department to resolve customer complaints. Helen earned a degree in vocational education and training in aviation services from the School of Tourism in Frankfurt, Germany. She has a love of languages; in addition to English, Helen is fluent in German and Tigrinya.

Special Interests

When she’s not supporting the 3D team, Helen is busy with her husband and four children.  She volunteers at her children’s schools, and is a book lover and a member of a book club, Helen has a passion for traveling and has been to every continent except Australia – which is on her list.
